She recognized the shortage of homes for sale and how key it was to promptly get our home ready for sale and take advantage of the high demand. Her pricing advice was right on target due to the extensive comparables research and appraisal consultations she performed as part of her initial presentation to us. Jeanne was quick to respond to our calls, texts, and emails and really put our minds at ease in how she handled the entire sales process. The open house was well advertised and as a result was very successful. She stayed in touch with all the prospective buyers coming out of the open house. Once we had a signed sales agreement in place, Jeanne stayed in touch with us to guide us through the paperwork and assist with requests from the buyers.
